I have temporarily pulled my recommendation for 3 Pillars Help Desk Software. I think that I've discovered a security issue with the software and am waiting for the owner of the product to respond (and I'm confident that he will).
Until this issue is resolved, I do not want you to download and install software that could expose you and your customers to security exploits, so I've pulled my redirect link for this product. I apologize for the inconvenience and will replace the link just as soon as the issue is resolved.
